We’ll schedule an in-home consultation to view the space, discuss your design aesthetic and give you direction on budget requirements to complete your space. We’ll follow up with your personalized fee proposal for approval.
We’ll collect all necessary data required to develop the design. We’ll document the space, do an accurate site measurement, and will measure any pieces you already own that you would like to include in the finished room.
We’ll create accurate floor plans and develop the preliminary design concepts, including options where possible. Then we will research and select the appropriate pieces, considering scale and form; curate and coordinate the perfect finishes and prepare a visual concept board to support our design intent. We’ll walk you through the technical aspects and provide 3D views to help you visualize the final outcome. We’re excited to show you your beautiful new space come to life!
This phase concentrates on material procurements and associated administrative tasks as well as project oversight. We process and track orders; follow up with vendors; coordinate logistics, storage and deliveries, and schedule meetings with our trades to review project details. We take care of all the important details to get the project prepared for install day!
We’ll schedule and direct deliveries and installations. Every item will be carefully placed in its rightful location. We’ll remove all packaging materials and take care of disposal. Once all furniture is in place we’ll proceed with installing art and finishing accessories. Lastly, we will style bookcases, table tops, etc., with those small touches that make a room feel luxurious. You will be a little bit in awe, incredibly proud and maybe even a little emotional when you walk into your finished space.
